In your bank order give, please, the following data:

    ( it can be given in the column "your identification“, or "message for consignee“)

(this figure is very important as without it the enlargement of VOIPcredit cannot be performed)

After receiving on my bank account the appropriate amount with complete and accurate requested data , I will usually the next day enlarge your VOIP credit by the requested amount.
(in some cases it can také longer, a few days, in extraordinary cases up to one week, e.g. in case of dealy in the banking transfer, my absence of home for few days without access to e-mail , etc.)

In case you want to enlarge your credit by more than 10 EURO, than I ask you to send the order and the necessary \ money fairly in advance. I do not have usualy a sufficient reserve on my own credit (only from this account I can enlarge your credit). Accordingly I have to enlarge further my credit by sending additionally to Betamax money by a bank transfer. This takes usually one week (may be sometimes even more). For this reason I cannot  in these cases perform the enlargement of your credit sooner than in one week up to 10 days after having received your order and the corresponding money.
